Something i want to bring up

I've noticed a number of terrorists in the server placing C4,
and just before it blows up, they advert "terrorism".
Now i've read the rules very carefully and no where does it
state that terrorists are allowed to do this.
The only rule that i see is rule 11 under section RP rules,
which is
[quote]11. Terrorist Bosses must /advert TERRORISM before using
C4! - When Terrorists call Terrorism, they may be killed on
sight by anyone![/quote]
Now given the first sentence, how does one kill a terrorist on
sight, if he adverts it just before it blows up? I find the
wording of the rules quite unfair, and i feel there are 1 of 2
options;
1) change the wording of the rule
Or
2) change the way that people read the rule
Frankly, i find it totally unfair that no one is given the
chance to run away from the bomb
Or even the chance to kill the terrorist placing the bomb.
AND also, you can't kill someone after seeing them place a bomb
as it does not allow it in the rules, only AFTER they have
advertised it which is unfair on the player as they're blown sky
high a second after.

In my mind this rule reads
"If a terrorists /adverts terrorism kill them"
But I can see what you mean, if they /advert Terrorism and the
bomb blows up and kills them then you can't kill them or if the
bomb goes off are they still KOS? It's something that may need
addressing...
