Removing No-clip ability from donators

Actually i thunk that noclip should only be removed for upcoming
donators, cause the existing donators payed for noclip.

I agree too.
Staff from mod and admin/super + Supetdonator shoud only have
the powers to use noclip. I woud maybe suggest that "some"
supervisors can have it, but only if they are trusted

I agree with this. but i want to keep if. I paid for noclip, i
specifically asked freepox in-game, took pictures that i would
keep it permanently and only lose it if i would abuse it too
much. He said so. So i agree. But as Ghost said u should let
people that have it now keep it.
