Cactifish's Admin Application.

Hi id like to apply for admin.
I have been super admin in two server's
and admin and moderator in the other two i am on.
I am very experienced and the other server was pleased with my
performance.

- You have been banned/kicked multiple times for rdming as
mutant and other such rules.
