Admin disrespect

This is what happen: esco told me to tp to him, i did and what i
saw was that limentti (he was a hitman) trying to proppush insde
with a chair but he missed and got stuck in the stairs.
Then i called for an admin, but i think Darach was afk, so i
just made a voteban for 30 minutes since limentti tried to get
in and steal the wep we had.
Then it happen: I vrote this in the vote: Proppush + trying to
steal as hitman) then when i did the vote it said : You started
a voteban of 30 minute(s) against limentti (Pro)
I dint know why it said that, so i made the vote again to see if
it was a bug or something, then i said in ooc that its a glich
or bug, i dint vrote pro as a reason.
After i did this GmodLua complaned and disrespected me.

To be honest.
I think GmodLUA isnt what we think he is. A nice guy in the
outside. But a jerk in the inside.

I dont see this as disrespect. And starting a votekick against a
guy who say tells you to shut up, and say that you're abusing is
not the way forward. If he says that you abuse, let him prove
his point, and see if there's actually anything in it. From my
suspect, it doesnt seem like you abuse, so it's just abuse in
his "opinion", and therefor HIS problem, and you should tell him
to shut up, and might take the conversation with an admin.
Next time, please try to get an admin ASAP so he can deal with
it, because normally we wouldnt ban a a guy for saying "shut
up", and his opinion, but might warn him or so.

There was no admin on when i was there. i call admin when i see
a rulebreaker, but sometimes i dont get help so then i start the
votekidck etc

Oh how surprising for me to come across a topic with staff
disrepsecting me.
First of all, it's my opinion, and the majority of the server
agree with my opinion, how about treating peoples opinions with
respect?
Another thing, how about not having 12 year olds as admins and
having English speaking players?
Do those 2 above then wala, a whole better server.
Edit: Just to add on, I'm not staff, so stop bitching about me.
Also, your votekicks had the reason of "Pro" in them, what does
that even mean?

Unfortunately I don't read text that isn't at a good standard.
If you can't be bothered to use proper English, then I won't
