I agree with Jackal, only staff can +1 and -1.
You seem to have the right idea about this, but your "Why should
we choose you?" can be improved slightly. Also, try not to start
each sentence with "I.." it becomes monotonous and less
interesting to read. You have as long as you need to do this, so
think about what you are going to say and structure it out
nicely in a way that really says "CHOOSE ME, I AM THE BEST FOR
THIS JOB."
You are trying to get a position as an admin, so you have to
really sell yourself.

Thank you all for responding, Edited the game time again (broke
1000 hours :P) and spent some more time on the "Why should we
