In-game Name: GmodLUA
Who are you complaining about: Haze1880
Detailed description of what it is they have done: I gave an
opinion on his votebans, telling him how it's stupid to make
votes when a staff member should take action upon what the
player is doing themselves, if they are prop abusing, for
example, prop pushing/killing/trapping/blocking, then surely
they know what action to take..
Instead of doing that, he called me stupid, which is player
disrespect.

Yes, I did say they are stupid, I'm entitled to my own opinion,
you should respect my opinion and take it into account and
perhaps improve the way you administrate the server rather than
insult it?
Again, showing your short temper and rage.

before i fucking said read !motd he came back and started
allover again.
Then i gave him last warning.NO. He still fucking proppushed me
and then propsurfed around.

Haze, don't disrespect players. Calling players idiots and
saying that you hate him, doesnt make this complaint any better
for you. He can say your votes are ridiculous if he disagrees
them, but you can't really call him an idiot of that reason.

haze1888, I believe you as a part of staff (supervisor) should
keep your cool and have the situation in your hands, don't
overreact and take what players say personally. You can't start
disrespecting players just because they disrespected you, it
shows that you are weak, and "break" easily. Don't do that. If
you're getting complained at, don't yell at them, keep cool and
do what you think is correct in terms of the server, not your
feelings.
