Dj mr colt complaint

In-game Name: GmodLUA
Who are you complaining about: dj mr colt
Detailed description of what it is they have done: Cleaned up
server with no pre-warning that our entities (money printers,
shipments etc) would be removed and all our doors would be
unowned. Refused any form of refund, even though it doesn't
state that in the rules there are no refunds after map cleanup.
I later questioned him about the loss of items, he then started
disrespecting me in OOC.
I have now also been told that I am 'lying' even though I got no
refund at all, even when I asked for one in OOC, dj mr colt
tried claiming that I never asked.
He's also saying that Santa (a donator) is allowed to make new
rules.

It is annoying when you have maximum money printers, a good base
with a large group of people and a lot of shipments then a clean
up just removes the entire thing, even the doors so other people
own them..

I vouch for this, no admin should disrespect other players even
if they get talked to in a disrespectful way, admins should keep
their cool and always have the situation in their hands, not out
of their hands. If there are any rules to be made, there will
have to be a suggestion on the forums before any more rules are
made. If anyone makes any rules up on the spot should be
punished severely for their actions. Having such idiots roam on
the server is not what we're supposed to do. We're supposed to
keep them off. The proof here tells me enough that 'dj mr colt'
does not deserve admin powers and should demoted to AT LEAST
supervisor to soften the blow of a full demotion, if he thinks
that this is acceptable he is wrong. Because first off, saying
that someone can just make rules is NOT allowed, that's just
plain up bullshit.
I really vouch for this heavily, take my word as it is.. But I
really don't even see how dj mr colt got admin.

Thank you Accelerator for your reply, I appreciate it alot. It's
about time people open their eyes and see what the staff really
are like and act upon it.

pictures. I see the first one is only the part that's but I'd
like to see the entire picture completely unedited.

This issue has been solved, I spoke to FreepoX about it, which
he issued a final warning to dj mr colt.

Even though the situation has been solved I would just like to
say
That I would have vouched for this because honestly in my
opinion the worst
Thing a member of staff can do is disrespect players in game but
then I think
One of the most annoying things that can happen to a player
ingame
Is when a member of staff cleans up everything and you lose all
your
Possessions. I may just be a supervisor but I completely vouch
for this
And apart from doing my job ingame I will also be checking chat
and spying
On dj mr colt to make sure he's not disrespecting players or
breaking rules
And I know this isn't my job but I think all staff should look
out for each other
And that includes watching each other to make sure we are bing
fair,
Reasonable and providing a good and safe ingame environment for
the players

It's everyone's job to keep the server clean from abusers,
RDMers and disrespectful people. People like Players need to
have their eyes on the Staff Members as well as the Staff
Members keep their eyes on the Players. Because you never know
if the Players are breaking the rules or Staff Members are
abusing, if you get any proof, take a screenshot or record with
anything you got.
