I do believe he was doing his job correctly before, but I cannot
confirm that. I am a believer of second chances, and he has
shown that he wants to get his position back. I think we should
reinstate his moderator rank on the condition he doesn't abuse
and if he is caught abusing he is no longer staff.
That seems fair to me.

Thank you for your kind words, and I noticed something, in
forums I am "Moderator" on "Supervisor" I do not wish to trick
anyone that I am what I'm not so can you please fix it :S
