I dont really think its our choice that hes getting DEV, i think
its 100% felicity too desid bout this. Basically because she is
the head developer and should be ble to choose other DEV's.

I agree too. I have had a word with FreepoX (Because he is the
lead-everything) and we have spoken about this. He says, and I
agree with this, that "We do not have enough work for a second
developer".
At this moment in time, the only coding that needs to be done is
extra jobs for the DarkRP, Fixes for the DarkRP and a few extra
features and components for the various servers (such as
rank-tags I did for TTT). Bearing in mind that FreepoX also does
a small bit of coding, we get through all this fairly quickly
and easily. The only job I foresee that will take up a
substantial amount of time and work is the gamemode I am writing
for our new planned server (Sorry, can't tell you anything about
it yet.) and even then that is something I am working on and can
easily manage.
I like your application and you do seem like a good person, but
we just do not have the jobs for you. You would be doing
nothing, and as such, I am afraid I have to decline this
application at this moment in time. If we ever need a second
developer, you will be the first person I go to.
If you are genuinely interested in doing LUA coding, you can
code with me on a non-libertygaming basis. I am always here for
help if you need me. I work best by trail and error and by
looking at the code that is already there, this makes me good at
modifying gamemodes and addons. What I find difficult is writing
a brand-new gamemode/addon from scratch, but I can still do it
with some effort. So, I am always here to goto if you need some
help or advise with LUA coding.
