1. I think the 1940 NYPD police officer shoud be on the police
models:

2. Pickpocket weapon : everytime you pickpock someone they loose
$100
3. Tazer for the cops: Its more easier to arrest the criminal
with a tazer.
4. I Think it woud be smart if the cars you buy are no colied so
ppl cannot kill with cars.
5. I miss wiremod
Jobbs:
Hotel manager: He owns the hotel and he sell rooms for money.
Pet: A bet that's follows you anywhere
Secret service: He protect the mayor

I don't think that the 4th suggestion is a good idea. If they
were no-collided, they can go through props. And that would be
very abusive. Other than that the Cop model seems to be very
cool.
