Some rule suggestion:
Do not use c4 When you are rading.
Only terrorist's can use c4
Hobo's may only build at the sidewalk + they cannot Own
doors/Cars
Hitmen/assasian need to advertise When they Get a hit.
Do not bug abuse: Dropping wepond and picking it up again to
gain more ammo
Do not advertise other game Servers or forum

I think this rules as well shoud be added
Gun dealers must have a Gun store. They have 10. Minutes to make
one.
+ i think the c4 only can be used each 20 minute since i think 5
minutes is too short
