enough "Why should we chose you" and you playtime is low. Just
pointing this out for admins to easily find :)

Add more info on "Why should we choose you?" and I also suggest
you try get more playtime, so you get to know people and stuff.
My decision will be made soon.

That is a point. Only staff are supposed to be +1ing as staff
are the ones choosing if we want this person to join us or not.
