Unbanana appeal

No ban appeal template?
So, I was speaking to my friend in game: Crazyfaghunter, when a
wild Goldeneye appeared and started screaming down the mic. As
my volume switch is currently broken my only solution was to
shoot him.
Which I did.... A few moments later a car dealer came along and
told me to get into a car. I did.. at this point he picked up
the car and pushed me into both Crazyfaghunter and the now
silenced goldeneye. causing a second kill. and making it appear
as if it was (CDM/RDM)
Unfortunately "marine" was not around to see this. Before I
could explain waht happened to goldeneye he started to use his
excessively loud mic again and I tried to tell him to shush.
Then I was banned for staff disrespect even though it's not
technically staff because he isn't payed...

Dude. I was talking to a guy when u came and said: Look golden
eye dont have any atuority. Look. *splat* im dead when he
replies; You see. He cant do anything about it. So. But its ok.
After that he also called me a fag. So it was disrespect.
Listen: I dont have anything against anyone and i wouldnt like
to ban anyone for something they didnt do. But please. I didnt
yell down my mic. But if you transelate this to yelling its ok.
