Some rules to donators dont noclip while raiding or dont kick
people with not reason and dont slay with not reason and no jail
with not reason and no voteban with not reason and dont abuse
that power
Please have reasons to those stuff

I think that "Noclip" has to be removed, some donators were
abusing it.
