So i tought this server should need some good addons like:

Thank you. We already have prop protection and anti-spam though,
FAdmin makes sure of that.
I will have to have a look at the others, and see if they are
usefull and Gmod 13 compatible. Thank you.

Im thinking that we could also add a ban list? So then later on.
If the player was away and he didnt know. He would know why was
he banned. Then he can post a ban appeal if he did not do
anything wrong. Ban list should list his name, steam ID, date
and time, who was he banned, and why was he banned, and his
in-game username.
