I think you shoud start with supervisor rank since you havent
been that yet?
Its not that i dont thinl you fit for the job, but i think
everyone shoud start with that :)

I agree with the above comment, but i feel it should only be
temporary.
Let's put this in another context.
Let's say someone has a PhD in Economics, should they be put as
a supermarket cashier? even though they applied to be a Finacial
Planner at that same supermarket?
Doesn't seem very logical does it?
I understand that it might be worth the experience, and i
understand that everyone should work their way up the ladder,
but he did apply for admin, and personally, i don't feel that he
should be "ranked down" just because he hasn't been a supervisor
yet.
He should be judged on what skills, experience and how he
behaves on the server.
I apologise if i've misunderstood, and if what was meant was "he
should be supervisor temporarily before coming an admin to test
him and see if he really is what he is meant to be" then i agree
with that.
Again, this is my own personal view and no one else's.

Okey say like this: we both applied on a bakery to see if we get
the job. We both made it look good the application and they told
us that it was good. then just 1 of them got what he applied
for.
Then it woud be unfair for that guy who dint get the baker job.

Today, my app has been up for EXACTLY 1 month. Made on 5th of
OCT. Now its the 5th of NOV.
I have nothing but +1 and vouche, But i dont mind getting
supervisor, mod or admin. Any of these 3 is fine.
