He was Staff On Duty and he kept killing mutants:
ManOfManyVoices | Scientist killed [LG]-galilexp77 using
m9k_minigun
ManOfManyVoices | Scientist killed Golden Eye using m9k_minigun
ManOfManyVoices | Scientist killed [LG]-galilexp77 using
m9k_minigun
ManOfManyVoices | Scientist killed Leonard Hofstadter using
m9k_minigun
ManOfManyVoices | Scientist killed Sheldon Cooper using
m9k_minigun
ManOfManyVoices | Scientist killed Howard Wolowitz using
m9k_minigun
And many more. I can try to get more evidence, but i am not
sure.

Staff on duty should not kill mutants they should solve probs
with god mode on not killing mutants i gonna think about this
some other guys have complained him too at my steam chat

I did see him with a minigun at onepoint, I think we need to
have a little word with him, as he still does a good job mostly.
