Do You have Any Previous admin experiences?: Yes, I have a full
4 years of being administrator and running my own server on
minecraft. I am very mature and know very well how to handle
things, I have experience with java and will learn L.U.A in the
future. I am fair but also strict with giving punishments. If
someone consistently RDM's and is not cooperating with an Admin,
I have no choice but to temp-ban. Excessive use of caps, mic and
spamming will resolve in muting depending on how severe it is of
course.

Why should we choose you?: You should choose me because I have a
high amount of experience in Administrating/Managing. I take the
role as an Administrator like a job to me. It is a very serious
position for me. There for I do not tend to 'fool around'/'play
the game'. I will be strictly here to Administrate the server. I
can handle and resolve things quite easily with out having to
over thing what I'm doing (Situations). I will make the sever a
better place for the players to play in. I will assist them in
any way possible. I will be on at all times to Administrate. I
have donated $10 to this server, and I really want to support it
and help it more. I am very professional and I like to keep it
that way at all times. A unprofessional person isn't worthy of
holding a staff rank in my opinion. Staff represent the server
and inflicts peoples decision on whether to donate or not (In
my past experience). If I do not get the position. Please
consider me for Moderator. Thank you for reading my application.
Tell a bit about yourself: I am a kind and fair person. But when
it comes to rule breakers, I must do what I have to do and put
on my Admin persona to deal with the situation.

Would you recommend starting me off as Moderator and see how I
progress from there? You can always easily demote me.

However, you should have a bit more time before applying for
Admin.
I suggest maybe starting you off as a mod?
