The House of the Dead - PC (Request)
By: Yazor Date: November 27, 2015, 1:18 pm

All of this game interests me.
List that includes all THotD PC game's files:
  HTML http://www.lostwindowspassword.com/images/public/download_gif.gif<br
       />THotD PC File List.txt (10.74 KB)
  HTML http://www.datafilehost.com/d/cdac8ba6
I not include Arcade version (the best one) because in game
section title u put "PSX, PC, PS2" only.
Apologies if i sound rude or something.
English isn't my native language and is hard for me.
Take it a look if u want Leo. I know that u are busy with CV
       right now.

       [quote]Hi Yazor,

       Hi Leo,
Well, I like all the dark and gore concept design behind this
       game.
3d models with their own textures +animations are the icing of
       the cake.
I wonder if u considered this game before because compared to RE
ones, specially the 1st, has some similitude.
That's other of the reason i choose this game.
The bad thing about pc version is the quality and also is
       impossible save in game
and u work with save data. I'm not saying that "manipulate" a
       psx save state
is equal to modify others from another systems, i know that.
But be available to work with that take the things less harder
       and more faster.
Of course, I haven't forgotten compressed files.
They slowed the whole process and increase the difficulty
sometimes making it impossible if u dont have the requested
       knowledge.
So, if u wanna work with save games not mather what, u know.
Build a tool for save or
the other option would be make a exception and look in Saturn
(port) or Arcade version. This last one
is the best graphically, but the way that the rom's files are
structured put all the things more harder.
Maybe there are unknown material from the game that anyone
don't know yet, except Sega and the team AM2 that worked on this
       game.
Anyway, this request is ambitious, i don't expect anything at
       all Leo.
If at the end u can't, u can't. For me that u just take it a
       look and try is enough.
U gonna try to help and i appreciate that kind of action.
If then u have progress and this go to a good port, well, that
       would be fantastic.
Whatever u can get is ok.
This game is old, but it's a classic.
Is one of the more popular game of his time.

The other days was working on BIGGER.VMC and TEXTURE.VMC files
from the game, those files containing game textures 414 to be
precise all of them are 256x256 16bpp, and have create this
small tool THOTD VMC Extractor which can extract/convert those
textures to BMP(individual texture or all of them at once). Was
thinking to add an option that could replace an texture from BMP
but it didn't worked well so I've disable it so for now this
       tool it's just an extractor...
       -THOTD VMC Extractor v0.1b-
       About:
It's an extractor for The House of the Dead[PC] BIGGER.VMC and
TEXTURE.VMC those files containing game textures...
