RE2 ADT Editor: A tool to edit ADT files...

-RE2 ADT Editor v0.1b- Release Date: 18/10/2015
About:
This tool it's an editor for Resident Evil 2[PC] ADT files, it
can open directly an ADT that it support, after it can export it
to PSX TIM which can be then easily edited in Photoshop or some
other editor that support PSX TIM's and import it back and
compress it :)
if you're using Photoshop you will need Tim_Plugin
HTML http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/450/
to be able to edit PSX
TIM's with Photoshop.
Credit:
PmData for his adt2img.exe and adttools.exe, without those exe's
this tool wouldn't exist...
