       PE2BV: A tool that allows to view BG from PE2...

       -PE2BV v0.1b-
       This tool allows to scan STAGE#.CDF for backgrounds and preview
       them, also tools allows to save an BG or all at once to BMP or
       BS formats.
       Credit: PmData for his bss2bmp.exe without it this tool wouldn't
       exist, Dark Biohazard for the inspiration.
