There is any tool for extract destruction derby arenas models?

I have no idea how i can extract the files from destruction
derby arenas i try everything i can using simple tools and some
game extractors tools.

GAMEDATA most have a lot of probably models.

CARSKIN most have the car textures (skins).
Most files like in sounds etc.. is in UBR format.
Extract models and texture from this game probably never got to
see it:(
I try to find any ware in the internet.

Just have downloaded the game and after making some tests I
think I can write tools for LOADSCRN.BIN and CARSKIN.BIN the
first archive contains 230 images(512x448 24bpp each) and the
other one contains 525 car textures images 512x256 8bpp(2
palette) each, but no promises since I've never worked on tool/s
that has something to do with PS2 before, so we'll see, just
give me a couple days maybe I'll be able to do something ;)
As about the models don't know nothing about them, well at least
not yet but hope I will...

Here's the tool for LOADSCRN.BIN just have finish it, anyway
simply drag & drop LOADSCRN.BIN over DDABINExtractor.EXE and the
tool will extract all RAW images in it to BMP's, just don't
forget to copy LOADSCRN.BIN somewhere on HDD otherwise the tool
will not work.

Also I'm working on the tool for CARSKIN.BIN, but have some
trouble with palette, I know that there's two palette each color
is 32bit BGRA 8888 but for some reason image indexing for
palette is wrong and I don't know why. Anyway I'll try to solve
this soon and if I'll have any news I'll let you know ;)
This is what I got right now, as you can see palette indexing is
completely wrong:

Extracting CARSKIN.BIN it crash extract some textures.
Operation system wind 7 64bits.

LOADSCRN.BIN and shouldn't work with any other *.BIN's for other
*.BIN's another tool/s should be made...
