       RE2CIE: A tool to edit check images...

       Is RE2[PC] check images editor (the big images in inventory when
       we choose "CHECK" on an item).
       Features: [list]
       [*]View contains of ITEMDATA.BIN...
       [*]Export any item to TIM, BMP, JPG, PNG...
       [*]Import and replace any item from TIM, BMP, JPG, PNG (still
       best choice TIM )...
       [*]Save changes to opened file or to new one...[/list]
       Credit: PmData for his adt2img.exe and adttools.exe that I use
       in this tool, they're implemented inside RE2CIE.exe for
       simplicity.

       It can edit ITEMDATA.BIN directly while game is running, by
       doing something like this:

       Note: Before start downloading from datafilehost uncheck the
       checkbox that I'm showing down below also JavaScript must be
       enabled in browser!
