       FileEditor: A tool to edit memos..

       -FileEditor v0.1b-
       This is an editor for RE1[PC] memos files that stored inside PIX
       files, this tool can view, export files\images to TIM's, and
       replace them from TIM's, inside PIX and save the changes.
       Credit: PmData for his pak2tim.exe and file2pak.exe that I use
       in this tool...
