Quake Game

One of the first two games I bought way back in 1996 when I got
my first PC...after dabbling in Amiga/Commodore 64/Spectrum
computers and also my favourite VCS 2600 which I bought in the
very early 1980's.The second game I bought was Championship
Manager 1996/1997.Both games are able to be modded and updated
very easily.I play Championship Manager every now and again and
have rekindled my interest in Quake 1.I will never forget when I
bought it for a relatively slow PC and it blew my socks off.I
was astounded.Today we just take this stuff for granted.
First game I bought for Spectrum was Kevin Toms Football manager
which I bought sometime in 1984.There was also another football
game also written in basic called United though you could get
into the program and alter it quite easily.
Funnily enough I had no interest in either football or Computer
studies at school.

Remember I played this same level in 1996.I have a modded
version now which has an alien theme and alien enemies and many
more new maps.
