My cousin came to our home after a long time with her parents.
When I saw her then, I was shocked to see her outfit. She was
looking beautiful, and she made her dress from our family
designer. I was impressed with her choice. She wore the dress in
black, and now I'm thinking of making the same dress in white
for my sister because her birthday is coming. What do you
suggest? What will be best to wear to the birthday party, A
short dress or a long dress?
I will enjoy las vegas and grand canyon tours

Short dresses and long dresses always attract the girls because
these ladies never get fed up with dresses, or if they get them
free of cost, this is a golden opportunity for them. My
recommendation is that you should ask your designer because
she/he knows what your sister likes to carry on this kind of
occasion. What say?

You are right, Asking the designer is a smart idea because they
know her style best. Personally, I think a long dress in white
would look elegant for a birthday party, but it really depends
on what your sister feels most comfortable in.
