I would suggest making it a 2 hit move with this
description/effect:
30 BP, 90 Acc, 10 BP, Grass Type
The move starts out with Grass type in the first hit, then
changes the hit Pokemons type to grass, and the second hit hits
with Fire type damage, most of the time having an average Base
Power of 90. (example: If you hit any Pokemon bar Sap
Sippers/Flash Fire user with this move, itll deal 75 BP damage
to it, since it switches its type). A great move to have on your
mon. If it is something like that, I vote Positive.

I made it this way just to give it a small niche that is not OP,
if Waldince survives a hit, it can hit the opponent for SE
damage with Flare Blitz, but it is too frail too utilize it all
too well, it is exclusive to Waldince btw.
It is basically a variation of soak, but it has Base Power

Thats what I mean, if you make it a move that hits twice it will
always do Super Effective Damage, and it would be a cool niche
to always do a SE move (bar Flash Fire and Sap Sipper users) and
to do Grass Damage first (making it Grass type as well), then
doing Fire Damage, always scoring a SE move with 90 Base Power.
Downside is if the oppoent is already Grass type, but it will
still efficiantly do 75 damage along with seperated STAB from
the Grass hit and the Fire hit. It would be more of a signature
move that way and have more of a niche, being able to break
subs. This move will also punish Ground, Water, and Rock types
as it will be hit by a 120 BP move because of Grass hitting
first and then Fire hitting second.

This is probably a better method as you do actually SE damage,
but BP is too low, so if that works, you can hit SE
