I brought this up a while ago on Smogon, but it got shunted
aside for an alternate option. I hear a spot has opened again
for Aqualier, so here I go, resubmitting it for all of your
consideration.

I've always liked the Pokemon, but a few questions
Why does it learn the thunders
Why is catch rate 6 times lower than the lowest catch rate atm
Otherwise I still like it and will vote positive later, but
first I need to think (and to sleep)
