       This item is the counterpart to Eviolite. Basically raises Atk
       and Sp Atk by 1.2x. Works on Primary and Secondary evolutions.
       Looks really dangerous on a few things. Vig comes from Vigorous,
       a synonym for strong or well built. Lite is a suffix meaning
       fossils, minerals, or products (they're children of their
       parents, the full evos).
       I know you guys most likely aren't gonna promote this, but it
       was worth a try :/ It could be dangerous, which is why I nerfed
       the raise to 1.2x.
