so I haven't done any thing as of late
so I will do a thing
       Gullible
All super-effective attacks do 2.25x and all not-very-effective
attacks do 0.25x damage to a Pokemon with this ability.
Any ideas for applicable Pokemon please notify
EDIT: SE ATK damage lowered for fairness

Ah... That sounds like the 'Erratic Player' skill in Mystery
Dungeon, and a great idea at that too!
Guessing from the name, I kinda get why the SE-attacks would do
more damage, but I don't get how that lowers the damage from
       NVE-attacks?
You cloud always try another name like: 'Erratic',
       'Inconsistency' or 'Play Tough'...
You can do whatever fits your shoe.

Just an edit there: if you're lowering the resisted moves by
0.25%, then just make Super Effective moves do 2.25 times
damage. This way it isn't a completely bad ability and will give
the wielder some freedom and escape from total endangerment.
