Users attacks that have a chance of poisoning are doubled
(making most Poison-afflicting moves having a 20% chance of
poisoning). Enables users Poison-type attacks to hit Steel-type
Pokemon for neutral damage, and allows them to be Poisoned (if
       possible when coding).

Too powerful. Steel is immune, you can't change an immunity.
Secondly, I see what you're trying to do with the doubling of
secondary effects, but you're basically combining Scrappy for
Steel types with Serene Grace. This'll be a hard one to pass.

Meh it looks alright, besides, Poison-types are already horribly
on the offensive. And it looks like its going to be signature.

Uhm Signature is quite hard to do as we only have a few mons
left, guys notice that we only have limited slots -_-

ugh Ive noticed that but dont be too pestimistic about things,
we still have slots and we are almost to the deadline of all
propositions being rejected by 2014. So you cant complain about
having mon-slots as the thing we should be worrying about is the
fact that the slots are NOT filled yet, it is worrying that
after a year we're still not done with this slow project.

       Im back!
Well I have to agree with Smite, it seems like Poison-types are
being beaten to death still in Gen 5, and remember this is not
Gen 6, so Poison is still as horrible as it used to be. So I
might as well side with the fact that it may be saved, just
maybe. Besides, its not OP, it looks like it can make
Poison-types at least useful for the mons who get this.

Umm why is everyone "throwing" their votes to people? Anyways,
this looks like an ability that can be distributed to multiple
Poison Pokemon, unlike Extra Punch. But I would say Steel has
been getting a beating this generation with its defenses, but
either way it wont change much. Heres a suggestion: give it to
Arbok, Muk, Beedrill and a few other select Poison types.
*Triumvirata apparantly has to throw a Positive at cofagragus*
