Courage

Okay, so what this does, is:
Courage
Every turn, the user has a 20% chance of raising Atk, SpAtk or
Spd. Every stat can only be boosted two times by this ability
(To prevent stall/sweep wars.).
I'm thinking Lucario, Infernape, and 1 or 2 other
attackers/special attackers. :)

I have to say no, it relies too much on luck and can potentially
be broken with Protect and Substitute.

I have to agree with Adrian, it is kinda unreliable but if
you're lucky you can sweep quite easily (depending on the mon)

^, plus that's a little overpowered in the long run. Maybe as a
hidden ability for a weak mon?

Meh, I actually pretty much gave up on this, but you can try to
improve.
IMO, I think a weak pokemon could do with this ability. Not sure
what pokemon, though.

Negative, it is random and looks like a solely-competitive
ability. I dont like the looks of it even if there is only a 20%
chance to raise the three stats
