       I thought of this when Helioptile first got released and I
       thought it would make a good move. Sorry if there is already a
       move like this irl or proposed

       I think this is fairly interested, I'm waiting on other opinions
       and on how much slots we've left, also which mons get it

       Positive , it would be nice to see the following pokemon get
       this move :D : Rotom (yay spam Overheat and Leafstorm ^^),
       Ampharos Line, Galvantula Line, Pikachu Line, Klinklang Line,
       somehow Victini (please as an event move), Zekrom (Go spamming
       DM + Bolt Strike, Go spamming DM + Bolt Strike), and lotsa other
       electric types BUT NOT ALL >:(
