Thunderstorm/Electricity

Ok this might be a totally crappy idea, also I think it's a dual
move/ability so Idk where to put it, but I think it could also
be a pretty cool idea
So Thunderstorm would basically be [a move] that would summon a
thunderstorm which would power up electric moves. Basically a
Rain Dance/Sunny Day for electric types. And Electricity [an
ability] (Ik it's a crappy name) would basically be like Drought
or Drizzle for Electric types.

I mean, it's really hard to implement your desired boost, as I
see what you are trying to do. You could just have it basically
be Drizzle with lightning in the background, as that could be
neat with graphics ingame and it could help boost both water and
electric types. I'm open for it, but I'm not really sure that
other people will see fit to it, as there have been so many
Ability propositions that have weather in them.
