       Defog [Buff]
       The user clears the battlefield of all nuisances that are not
       tightly placed onto the battlefield.
       Effect: Clears weather and hazards for both sides of the field

       Anyways, this isn't a new move, so I'll lock it, it can be
       posted at other, but rather wait for the mechanics forum
       Personally I think this takes away all the skill around rapid
       spinning and ingame hazards are non-existing anyway.
