       Weather Swap: Will change the Weather when switched in.
       Effect:
       Rain will become Sun.
       Sun will become Rain.
       Sandstorm will become Hail.
       Hail will become Sandstorm.
       Ok, so I'm sorry if this has already been proposed, I didn't
       check the propositions. Also, I might change the name, so if you
       could give ideas for it, that would be great.

       I suggest making it a cycle such as: Rain into Sun, Sun into
       Sandstorm, Sandstorm into Hail and Hail into Rain

       That's a really neat idea, Shadow! Cofagragus also brings up an
       interesting point, as a cycle could also prove effective.
       However, one could take advantage of that and abuse the cycle,
       as it could easily spark counter teams. It depends on other
       posters' opinions, as I am open minded to both :)
