Sequence
Description: Raises Sp.Atk when there are adjacent Electric-type
Pokemon.
In- Game Effect: Raises SpAtk by 10% for each Electric-type
Pokemon adjacent to the user

Er it's a little random? But I think it could work :| Also I
don't really understand the name? But the idea is good- then
again, Charge Beam has a 70% chance to raise SAtk- I'm not sure
if it's too similar.

Isn't this a bit obscure to get in already very limited ability
slots, it would be nice if we had more, but I think there should
be better contenders
Now, also no Pokemon would have this as ability and I'd like to
spend the slots in a way that we can actually use them

Well wont we give abilities to already existing Pokemon too?

Yes, but I think it's restricting if ability slots are filled
up, so people can't make a new Pokemon with a new ability
Note: everyone when giving abilities, also look to accepted
abilities please
Note 2: Not every mon has the possibility to get a new ability,
as long we dont' delete other abilities
