Okay, I dont' feel like a long post, I feel this will be UU, as
it creates a lot of Momentum with it's Physical Tankiness due to
Intimidate, Spikes and U-Turn, which means it can spike against
physical threats and U-Turn when a spinner came in, due to it's
high speed. Ground is a good STAB and a decent physically
defensive typing.
However, it has very low Special Bulk, which make it bait for
Pokemon like Kingdra and Shaymin, also it's decent at best 95
Attack doesn't let it sweep very easily and while not bad, isn't
great either

As a first glance, this looks a lot like sandslash, a pure
ground spinner with decent physical defence, but terrible
special. The difference is this has a higher speed and it isnt
too much set up fodder due to u-turn. It is also very to donphan
as although i can spin, it can hardly beat spin blockers. Crunch
is nice but it gives is 4mss (eq, hazard, spin, coverage). It
might be uu/ru, it isnt too original, intimidate is nice, whilst
there is no point in no guard moveset or flavour wise
