       Hello guys,
       On a request of Cofagrigus i'm making a new mon:
       The concept is a mermaid but the real concept wil be by the mon
       itself :).
       Egg moves are for all the same for obvious reasons.
       Neptan
       Consept: Looks like a plane little Fish with a humanish head.
       Type: Water

       Species: Ocean Dweller pokemon
       Pokedex description: These human-like fishes dwell around in the
       ocean, searching for a way to become a civilisation.
