I am not going to vote yet as I want other people to convince
me, for starters I really like the stats as they are one of the
fewer low ones as well as the typing, however it has a too big
movepool for my liking which kinda offsets me, also I don't
really see how the abilities + movepool work, as masquerain can
use Intimidate but cant get spores, and Shield Dust is strange
with Intimidate too for me, however I do like Regenerator if the
artist can make a design fitting to it, I think Regenerator
isn't too bad as it has no reliable recovery and it is on
average a pretty average mon
The one thing setting me off the vote positive is the fact that
it has some irregularities

best one thus far... really, if the sigs are deleted, it's great
dor a weak first bug mon! I guess positive... not sure yet

I think that the abilities should be changed as well as the sig
moves. If these are changed I guess positive. But if not I would
suggest reproposing this pokemon and revising some stuff. Also
the spores seem to make sense a little; Moths release
powder/spores/scales when they fly.

combination, I think you mean bug--> bug/flying? It's not
uncommon, and a great weak typing.
the abilities are... odd. first it has poison point and
gluttony, and then something completely different, which is
strange. And I don't know how a butter moth could be
intimidating. Though shield dust(butter shield?) seems a little
bit more logical, and regenerator is quite logical (if you cool
butter, it gets more solid, and regenerates the molten parts).
the biggest problem with the movepool is not the irregularity,
but the fact it first learns attacking moves, and really late
starts to learn status moves. Something which should be changed
imo. But I thought that that wasn't allowed.
