       Haxmons

       I will take the honor to be in charge for haxmons, it is one of
       my favorite tiers and I think I play it the most of all, so I
       guess it is logical, I also came with the idea to do it with
       teams :D
       Haxmons is a tier where as the name implies, everything happens
       with has
       - Always Misses if it can Miss
       - Always Crits
       - The Secondary Effect is Always Activated
       This makes it a nice alteration from OU, which turns a bit
       hyperoffensive, but enormously fun.
       Some things to consider
       Abilities
       - Battle or Shell Armor
       - Sniper
       - Steadfast or Inner Focus
       Items
       - Choice Scarf
       - Focus Sash
       - Lum Berry
       - Life Orb
       - The Elemental Gems
       Some major strategies here are, flinch, freeze, status and
       priority, which you all need to prepare for.
       Always prepare for Lucario, as it is hard to make a team without
       it and it is hard to make a viable team not a bit weak against
       Lucario

       i seem to find that speed is the key to this metagame. you need
       to be a tank to survive 2 hits. Also, it=s a lot of fun, as it's
       really fast paced, and everything is fairer than the normal
       metagame, as what can happen, will happen, you can be sure.
       some pokes to always consider: Starmie, Shedinja, Lucario and
       any sort of booster.
