Fog

Weather move that causes fog.
This is my vision for Fog:
Effect:
Lowers Accuracy of all Pokémon battling by 10%
Doubles the power of Weather Ball, but Castform stays in
its normal form.
Honey cannot be used to attract wild Pokémon in tall
grass or in caves.
Causes Moonlight, Synthesis, and Morning Sun to recover
Ľ of max HP.
Field effects: Thick fog blankets everything. Obstacles and
Trainers are difficult to see. Can be cleared with Defog.
Clearing move: Defog
Activating move: Fog
Activating Ability: Fog Generator
Routes/areas where it is encountered naturally: (just a few
appropriate areas)
This is gen 4 effect btw.

Negative it was already worse enough that it was in Platinum and
co and you had to use the HM defog. >_<

And I still don't know what to make of that last bit...
I hope that helps with Cambridge. ;)
Anyways: Negative, i hate evasion, as it just makes the game
less fun, and it is very broken. guess why it is banned in every
official tier?

official tiers but it isnt 20% acc. loss and also you are
forgetting that we can ban Fog from tiers; Fog isnt that great
or better than evasion moves since you are giving up your
evasion abilities [in Ubers] to have a not-so-game-changing 10%
acc. loss. So I think everyone is making excuses to not have fog
as a usable weather. If we took off the 10% acc, would feelings
about it be different? Because 10% acc. seems reasonable
compared to 25% acc which it seems like it should, especially
since Fog is hard to use/manipulate competitively anyway. So...
yah, I think everyone is being irrational about their Negative
votes.
