Here all the art happens for Tervari Pokemon, to get it in, you
need to get it approved by Magistrum, the Maker and Anyone else

Ok, I would like to get some points across to the artists who
would be contributing pokemon artworks:
1. Don't be held back if you think I'd critique your art style
being insufficient/looks bad/sucky, because I'd never say that.
My critique and art check will always be about the content and
concept of the artwork, not how bad/good your lineart/coloring
is. As long as its elements are clear enough to sprite, that's
good enough for me.
2. You'd do well to heed my critique, however that doesn't mean
you can't voice your opinion if you think there's something you
disagree with. You are the master of your canvas, so if you
think there's an element in my critique that you think would be
better if done in another way, don't be afraid to voice it and
post. :)
3. Don't make the design too cluttered. Smogon's CAP has been
very lenient in this part, but I for one do not like mons that
have too much elements tacked, and if you do so, you better have
a good reason for it. There's a reason why random people think
"it looks more like a digimon than a pokemon".

Yes, Gazceit's artwork is official. =) Snaquaza can confirm
this.
