Looking under driver powers (or any auth for that matter), I was
unable to find something along the lines of "If you are in a bad
mood, you can mute, lock, or ban someone without giving a
reason, and when asked for a reason by anyone, you can tell them
to leave it alone."

Cel posted publicly on my Smogon wall that I wasn't going to be
unbanned any time soon, and he tried to interfere with me
communicating with other auth, so I have made this a public
issue.

I would like to put in one last word before I sleep. Today,
while working on the mafia script I have been making for this
server, I thought of an idea for the game we are creating. I
logged on to the server to talk to Snaq about it. I begin
talking to him and think that I am talking to Snaq in one of his
troll modes (which he is often in). Soon after, I am banned for
an hour and then locked from talking and told that I will be
perma-locked, the only given reason being "spam." This is
ridiculous, textbook power abuse, and all of the people who were
worried about Celever becoming a mod have had their worst fears
confirmed. Now I am being crazily over-punished for a made-up
crimed that I couldn't have known I was committing anyways.
That's three layers of complete bullshit. If this isn't
resolved, I'm sure I can find plenty of other servers who want
first grabs at the mafia script and wouldn't lock and ban me for
bullshit infractions (the people at Joim's seem pretty fun).

oh boy
celever acted childishly, snaq shouldn't have followed celever's
opinions just to make him happy and so he is in the wrong too,
and zyph reacted over the top to this whole debacle and /may/
have been spamming (although "being dumb" isn't a good reason to
ban), and so all three of you are in the wrong.
Now cut it out, all of you.
