Yeah Smeargle cant learn anything naturally except Sketch, so
take Smeargle off so you dont get banned.
Otherwise, looks like a decent move but most "slashing" moves
have 70 Base Power (Shadow Claw, Slash, Night Slash etc.), so Id
like to see it with 70 BP for now. So Positive

Ok i took smeargle off it was meant by sketch lol meh.
I changed bp to 75 so it isn't outclassed by icepunch.
