       As everybody knows, Ice is rather lacking on the physical side
       of things. While Blizzard spam is common in Hail, physical moves
       are few and far between. Here be what I'm proposing:
       Name: Frost Bite (hehe geddit)
       Physical
       Max PP: 16
       BP: 65
       Effect: The Base Power of Frost Bite doubles in Hail.
       Given to: Weavile, Kyurem, Kyurem-B, Kyurem-W, Beartic, Glalie,
       Mamoswine, Abomasnow, Walrein.
       This would most certainly boost the popularity of Hail so that
       it becomes viable once more~

       POSITIVE, come on y'all, ice type deserves a boost. I.m.o. It
       may even be boosted to like 80 power! Aside from that, could you
       put the spread on some tervmons too?

       We already have an ice-type physical move accepted, and it was
       debated about between everyone once one physical ice move got
       proposed after another (I think Icicle Shot or something, yah
       thats it!)
