Is this Pokemon related to Golurk in like protecting others and
villages? Because thats pretty nice to have several Ghost
Guardians. Anyway nice little movepool, why are you basing it
around Wobbuffet?

Lets be honest this ghost guardian or whatever really needs all
elemental beams even if its a wisp (look at Golurk)

Good point but I think it should only have Flamethrower and
Thunderbolt. Actually it isnt specifically a fire type Pokemon
so I guess thhat can work, especially the illogic with the
legendary Griffin Pokemon having all 3 Elemental beams even
theyre supposed to represent the elemental beams themselves.

I would vote positive... but I don't know how many dual type
slots are filled and how many aren't.
As the spidium-line was accepted, two more spaces were filled...
the two which got free by denying Sop's mons. Though more mons
could be denied. Hence I'm not sure if this one is even allowed.
Positive, but only if the ghost group/ multi type group is still
open. Anywanna research it?
