NO NO NO NO AUTOREJECt if it is too high BST total if not give
it stats as follows if you are going to make a "crippled" Normal
       mon:
First off try to make a simple mon that is understandable
       without drastic stats:
       Example
       HP 90
       Atk 50
       Def 90
       SpAtk 20
       Speed 10
try to tone down the BST plz
       Second
The last one is too bulky and can abuse Rest talk no problem.
Try to fix these problems (no guard lol there is an ability
called Full Guard fitting this mon perfectly) and it will do
       good in the finished stage

it is meant as the "ability hindermon" of tervari.
Also how can you rest if you're constantly asleep?
on top of that, yes it has high bst, but you only have 3 real
moveslots, as one must be taken by sleep talk, randomising which
move it'll do. It could very well do thunderbolt on a gastrodon,
or return on a ghost. it might never do what you want, and is
very easy to set up on. imo, as long as it doesn't get a
recovery move, it isn't broken in the slightest

ok ok if you gave it this set though:
       - Rest
       - Sleep Talk
       - Toxic
       - Protect
with Leftovers, it is bound to be too strong; also nerf the
ability so that it becomes usable without the need of Chesto or
Sleep Talk/Snore plz. I only disagree with the insane bulk; if
thats changed MAYBE ill vote Positive after WIP stage. Just
please please give it something like 120/120/120 defenses
instead and maybe a higher attack and SpAtk like:
       HP 150
       Atk 110
       Def 120
       SpAtk 70
       SpDef 120
Speed 100 (it sleeps anyway kinda like Regigigas and Slaking but
       they dont look fast)
