This item prevents damage from weather. If the user would
normally be damaged by the weather, it will instead heals the
same amount of HP to the holder as Leftovers, but if there is no
weather, the holder loses the same as Black Sludge Damage.

I don't completely understand it but it is either Overcoat or
outclasses it so Negative

maybe a nerf to it will make it better? I made it have a bit of
a nerf :/ no one uses overcoat anyways

ehm I mean it isn't good to let an ability totally outclass you
or be the same, that's why negative as it will either be the
same, outclass, or be outclassed

woah woah woah I really like this. It shouldn't have the Black
Sludge effect though. My only problem is how this is completely
outclassed by Leftovers in every single way. Leftovers
effectively negates the damage of weather, while this doesn't
heal you outside of weather.
Negative, sorry :o
