Dex Entry: This Pokemon goes soo fast that it levitates off of
the ground while it is running. Its wings cannot help it fly
naturally--yet. It creates sonic booms while running, and it can
crush preys innards with its claws on its wings.
Second evolution:
Soundenav (Soundwave + Navigate)

Abilities: Levitate/DW Turbine (propose)

Dex Entry: It has grown large enough wings to glide through the
sky at blinding speed. It can make soundwaves and shockwaves
throughout the sky that can deafen and blind foes and prey. If
it goes fast enough in a straight line, it can distort the space
around it.
Moves for 1st evo:
- Scratch
- Leer
6 Wing Attack
13 Bite
20 SonicBoom
25 Slash
27 Agility
34 Soundwave (going to propose)
42 Air Slash
49 (That Flying move with +1 priority)
55 Hurricane
2nd evo moves:

- Soundwave
TMs:
Umm, I dont have a TM list and Im posting on mobile, but I do
know the second one will have fly, cut, and Rock Smash. They
will have a very limited movepool; staple TMs like Thief, Fling,
Toxic, Protect, Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Grass Knot (come on it
can grab and trip something with Grass), Substitute, etc.
lol Ill add any missing info I dont know about egg cycles and
such, and Evo method is max friendship
EDIT: For Eneomas' mons, I changed most stuff to normal
(Abilities and Type)

Sorry buddy, but some things are just a bit off:
1. 145 speed for a basic pokemon is just rediculous, that
requires a nerf, something like 100 should be fine (for me)
2. there is only one more flying type spot left, so you would
have to compete with me. Idk how many of your mons got accepted,
but my counter is still at 0
3. The ability schedule of soundenav seems very broken: Speed
boost when being faster than Ninjask O.o, Huge power is very
threatening on any mon, and with that speed... it's just really
rediculous.
Not going to vote just yet, but i will see what becomes of this
and atm, i'm not very positive.

Porygon is suggest making it normal type with levitate as the
first evo.
And giving it an tm list.

ok Ill try to do all that I made them normal and gave them
normal abilities (Turbine is signature, dont worry about
distribution), plus I nerfed the first ones speed heading
towards Sunkern Suck Status (SSS)

Well it has a design like Togekiss a bit and runs with its
clawwings backwards to make soundwaves that pierce the sky. So
an ostrich doesnt fit the flavour
